The Transformational Leadership course, based on ToP advanced processes has been tested in Kiev in late February. Developed in Canada with input from curriculum from ICAs around the world, The Transformational Leadership course has two modules of 4 days each. Research into the course came from UK, Japan, Korea, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and USA. While the leaders who take the course may not be facilitators they see how transformation within their company is possible with powerful facilitative methods, processes and values.
