She specializes in organizational transformation, human transformation and leadership development with enterprise, non-profit organizations, government, community and schools in China and in Canada. She helps people in groups to understand each other, understand their values and commit to implementation.

Huiying is passionate about cross-culture communication. She has worked with a number of multinational companies on corporate culture construction, cross-function organization structure construction, and building team consensus. After having translated The Courage To Lead into Chinese, Huiying is now translating Transformational Strategy and Getting to the Bottom of ToP into Chinese.
