CPF, CTF, C-IQ, Consultant, ToP Trainer. Over the course of thirty years Helen has designed and facilitated Premiers’ Summits, organizational transformation initiatives, company-wide strategic planning, public engagement activities and many issues-based and program-related initiatives. Helen is proud to haved helped lay the groundwork for a College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Manitoba, a Treaty Land Entitlement settlement process, and is working to bring about equity ownership by First Nations people in the newest hydro‐electric dam in Manitoba – Waskwatum. Helen has instructed, coached and mentored hundreds of people in their journey to develop and hone their practice. She is known for a calm and deliberate approach, with patience, compassion and care for participants. She has been witness to how meaningful engagement of all stakeholders co-creates desired change. She is passionate about supporting her clients to achieve their desired outcomes. Helen is a past IAF Board Member and Regional Director for Canada, and a current mentor with the IAF Mentorship Program.
