Consultant CTF, ToP Trainer. Dave is a Certified ToP Facilitator (CTF) and Certified ToP Trainer with significant experience working with groups. He helps them make well considered decisions and develop plans that are actually implemented by creating commitment from the participants. Dave enjoys working with groups allowing them to understand their organizational requirements and create structures/processes that produce the results they need. Well versed in a variety of tools and methods that effectively engage people so all voices are heard he is skilled at extracting information that can be used by decision makers. Drawing upon his years of experience working at the executive level in community development organizations as well as Municipal Governments Dave is as comfortable in a boardroom as he is in a grassroots community gathering. Passionate about making sure he understands the group and their unique needs he makes sure each engagement he leads is expertly tailored to achieve their aims.
