Christine has great experience in the fields of diversity, inclusion and equity ensuring that historically marginalized voices are heard while respecting and including others. Her style is principled, speaking truth to power and neutralizing power imbalances through openness and transparency. She illuminates similarities rather than differences with an intrinsic ability to identify the meaning of what is not being said. She can articulate paradigm shifts that benefit organizations at both micro level and macro levels. Christine was an Officer of the Canadian Institute of Cultural Affairs and has oriented internationals in their global journey and acclimated newcomers and immigrants. She is a Certified ToP Facilitator (CTF) and an ToP Trainer and, in addition, follows the competencies of the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (IBSTPI). Christine has deep understanding of nuance in internal processes in large bureaucracies, including policy development and regulatory environments. She has enriched her roles of consultant, facilitator and trainer by drawing on her experiences in different countries.
