Group Journey Stages
This table explores the stages of a group’s journey.  Although it is presented sequentially, it is often experienced as a much more fluid and iterative process, as the group may repeat stages or stay stuck in one stage for a long time.
This model helps you understand a group, and can also be shared with a group so that they can see that their experience is normal and can change.
