As we soon will step into June, and would like to mark National Indigenous History Month wholeheartedly, I want to personally invite you to join us for a special session:
“Learning Together: Ways to Reconcile”
🕐1:00 – 2:00 PM EST, Friday, June 20, 2025
This event is inspired by David A. Robertson’s powerful book 52 Ways to Reconcile, and was lovingly brought to life by our colleagues Lori Whiteman and Jo Nelson. It is an opportunity for us to come together and reflect on our own paths toward truth and reconciliation.
At ICA, we believe that facilitation has the potential to hold space for healing, for learning, and for genuine change. But that work begins within.
  • What does reconciliation mean to each of us?
  • How can we walk that path more consciously—not just in June, not just on the 21st—but in all we do, all year long?
  • How might our facilitation practice become a bridge for deeper listening and connection?
This session is a small but important step in that ongoing journey.  I hope you’ll join us, bring your questions, your reflections, and your presence. Let this be a time where we learn together—not just about reconciliation, but how to live it.
