Alzheimers Society Of Ontario

ASIO represents 30 local Alzheimer societies across Ontario. ASIO needed a new long range strategy plan but needed it to represent the aspirations and commitment of leadership, staff and volunteers all across the province. Some local societies had no strategic plan. Under the guidance of ICA Associates Inc., ASIO undertook a massive consultation that generated a provincial long range plan and provided many local societies with their own. They were all merged to show provincial priorities and how each local society would participate in implementing those priorities. The entire project took 6 months.
