Organizational Transformation
Diagnose and leverage system-wide change

This course introduces two powerful models for understanding groups and organizations. The Social Process is the most comprehensive whole system diagnostic tool available today for understanding organizational dynamics. The Organizational Journey Map explores the intentional evolution of an organization from one “phase” to another. Learn how to engage a whole organization in diagnosing its patterns of behaviour and in creating effective strategies for becoming a learning organization.
