A participatory planning process leading to commitment and
action
"Forward,
March! - It may not be the best way to move toward a vision."
Ken Whitney "Building Commitment Into Strategic Plans"

and direct participation in problem solving, planning and decision making. Managers,
supervisors and leaders need the capacity to enable groups to maximize their

structural changes that place increasing levels of responsibility in the hands
of teams. The ToP strategy planning process allows you to achieve consensus among
participants with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
