• Designed and facilitated the formation of a Community Economic Development Strategy for the City of York.
• Designed and led a team of facilitators for the 3-dayManufacturing Agility Symposium for the Auto and Aerospace Sector.
• Designed and facilitated the Labour Market Study for the City of Tumbler Ridge BC.
• Facilitated the Prime Minister’s Roundtable of National Aboriginal Organizations
• Facilitated the develpoment of a Community Economic Development Plan for the West Nipissing Economic Development Corporation and the West Nipissing Public Service Association.

Duncan Holmes is the President of ICA Associates Inc.. As a consultant, he focuses on community consultation, strategic planning and leadership development within communities and organizations. He has trained group leaders in facilitation skills, strategic planning and team leadership in five nations. He has placed an emphasis on technologies of participation and motivation. His programs are built on classic, proven methods and techniques, designed to address the specific requirements of each client.

Mr. Holmes holds a B.A. degree in Biology and Chemistry from Queen's University. His professional background includes 20 years of administration, community consultation and leadership training. He has administered non-profit organizations in Canada and India..
