Participatory Implementation
energizing tools to move any group into action

How can I focus my group on specific tasks that they will accomplish?

This is a one-day course on how to work together to launch projects or programs, and keep the momentum going through completion. There are tried-and-true tools to focus any working group on its goals and strategies. This course shows a step-by-step process for plotting a course of action, while engaging and motivating the participants.

Our participatory implementation methods have proven valuable with thousands of projects over 40years. As Evelyn Butler, Past President of ANDSOOHA says: “Participatory Implementation is used all the time by my staff of 129 nurses and nurse managers who have to constantly lead projects and programs.”

Any health professional who has to lead a group of peers, stakeholders or clients into action will find this course valuable.
