Group Facilitation for Health Professionals
powerful methods for bringing any group together

What’s the best way to keep my group focused and move ahead fast with a genuine ”consensus“ decision?

Health professionals have to be group facilitators more and more often. Those who have led groups for many years often work by instinct. What do you do when instinct does not address the group's needs? This course provides the most powerful methods for a solid foundation and safety net to get you through difficult times. Learn how to use them internally and with the public.

In this seminar, you will learn how to:

  • Lead discussions on difficult or hot topics
  • Enable the group to come to concrete conclusions
  • Create consensus within a team, work group, or public group
  • Improve meetings so they focus on results
  • Facilitate delicate and sensitive dialogue
  • Lead productive involvement in user groups, training sessions and planning sessions
  • Focus a diverse group’s energy on a common goal
  • Create a sense of teamwork
  • Improve staff morale
  • Use group creativity to maximize results
