How can I sustain a working relationship with another group when our goals are so different?

Using facilitation skills to ensure that a coalition or partnership works together can exponentially increase the potential of any health initiative. This two-day course helps you turn a drifting coalition into a powerful cohesive group that works together to make a difference.

Course Availability

This course can be taugh to an entire department, nursing division or front line work unit with exceptional results. Some organizations even send individual new staff to our public courses. We offer one hour toll-free telephone support for each course participant within one year.

The price for this two-day in-house course is $7500 for 20 participants or less, plus expenses.
